Question / Help Encoding Overload with AMD Ryzen 1920x

I have recently purchased an AMD Ryzen 1920x and got it all built. I'm trying to do some streaming tests and on Fast and or Medium preset and it tells my encoding overload? I thought these threadrippers could handle these preset? I've seen where you can put it on a 'Slow' preset.

CPU Usage around 40% and I can tell while I'm testing streaming, it skips and looks like it can't keep up
