Question / Help Encoding overload problems

Alright so I know you guys probably get this a lot but i recently started streaming and I found that i really like it so I really hope you guys here could help me please let me know if you need anything else. But, the problem is that I can stream runescape fine but when i try H1z1 or Overwatch i get an encoding overload

Overwatch and H1Z1: you have to limit FPS in game.
