Question / Help Encoding overload problem?

Hi, I have a macbook pro 13' retina display 2016. 2.7ghz intel Core i5 with 8GB ram.
I want to use OBS simply to capture youtube videos from Safari while recording myself with the inbuilt HD FaceTime camera. no streaming required, I just record.
I have not changed anything in the settings..
i used to do this on my previous PC (8GB Ram i7 HP Envy14) with no problem, but now whatever i tried to do I keep getting the encoding overload problem.. I also tried super fast and ultrafast: no change... any remarks?
(Do not know how to get a log..sorry)

Harold, not quite sure what you meant except 'simple output mode'.. What should i see in my settings, if you can kindly elaborate a little more..?

sorry.. got the 'indistinguishable' too.. just the last part 'software low cpu use encoder' i couldn't understand..

Hahaha god, this is embarrassing.. got that last part too finally.. and i think it works.. so please disregard all three of my last threads.. thank you very much..
