Question / Help encoding overload on all settings.

I used to be able to stream very smooth, high quality gameplay (1080p60fps 6000bitrate). Now all of a sudden I am getting encoding overload on all encoder pre-settings. The Stream quality is very fuzzy and not fun to watch. Changing output resolution is not helping, neither is any other settings advice online. Can someone help?

thanks! I Don't really know how to do that and your instructions link was a little confusing. I did manage to fix my problem and it was just turning off the game bar in windows. That was causing a lot of GPU overload. usually the problem is difficult the solution is usually simple. This did cause me a lot of frustration over the last couple days lol. The lesson learned here: check ALL previous settings after doing a Windows update
