Encoding overload on 3080ti

Hi so I want to record 240fps footage but using NVENC my GPU video encoding jumps to 100% and I have OBS open in Admin mode
the weird part about this is that i saw other people using NVENC but when i tested it, everything was going fine but afterwards i started to skip frames and even if i record in 120 video encoding jumps to 60%

Here are my main settings

For recording don't use CBR. Instead use CQP and set a value between 23 and 15 (lower better quality)
FPS must be 30 or 60. Some people can do 120.

Please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

You don't get support for that.
