Encoding Overload / High CPU usage

I started using OBS not to long ago to record gaming videos and just got back into wanting to record from my Xbox One S and Nintendo WII to start a YT channel, however I have a problem with encoding overload and High CPU usage, this does make since because I'm trying to record from a Low Low End laptop. Dose anyone know the best recording settings for my laptop without losing too much quality, buffering issues, and High CPU usage? Specs down below.

Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4020 CPU, clock speed of 1.10 GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB

The laptop is running Windows 11 home on OBS version 30.2.0, any help is appreciated, Thank you.
