Question / Help Encoding Overload Help

Started streaming and on the bottom of OBS it says Encoding Overload. I know there were previous posts, but most said to post your own log. If anyone could point me in the right direction to help with settings I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

You are using OBS 0.15.4 32 bits. Update to last version. By default you will use OBS 64 bit, what gives better performance.

23:15:10.746: Output 'simple_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 1252 (0.5%)
23:15:10.746: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 171 (0.1%) ---> REDUCE BITRATE 1280x720x30fps 2000 to 2500 it´s enough
