Question / Help encoding overload. Help

Hello, I'm new to live streaming as I been trying to have my friends help me but they haven't been able to. I'm just trying to live stream Rocket League on twitch, but few of my friends saying it would stop and go. They also had told me I should post my specs here, along with my settings as someone from here might know?

If you watch the 1st 5 mins, (Atleast around 4-5) you can see the issue that my friends are saying that I'm having

If you've already set your Output (Scaled) Resolution to 1280x720, uncheck the "Rescale Output" setting. You might just be creating unnecessary extra work for your CPU. Try using the 64-bit OBS Studio as well, and see if that improves things.
