Encoding Overload (GOOD PC SPECS)

I'm getting an encoding overload when attempting to stream. I have good PC specs, with an AMD 3700x, Nvidia 1660, and16 gigs of DDR4-3200 RAM. I've looked at all the forums like this, tried everything from turning off windows game mode to running the auto-configuration wizard. Attached are the logs after doing all the steps so far. Please help!

Unrelated - but hopefully you are aware you generally shouldn't use WiFi for streaming

I'm not a gamer, so this isn't my area, but I'd recommend looking into the various video capture options. If I recall correctly (and I easily might not be) is that Display Capture is among the least preferred options. but different scenarios have their own recommendation, and not something I pay attention to as it doesn't apply to me (I use only Window Capture)

I'd recommend searching this forum for comments on matching (in easy multiples) screen refresh rate and fps
It appears NVENC option had some of lowest lag rates. Have you tried dropping to 30fps? at least to see if that resolves your issue?

I don't recommend running OBS as Admin (for basic security reasons) but it is a work-around for GPU priority contention, which you may be running into. But I'd suspect you PC is powerful enough to not need this. Hopefully someone who knows more about OBS and game capture will respond to you with some settings adjustments
