Encoding Overload At Random

Hey guys, I know this is a really common question on this forum, but I've been streaming & making content using OBS for YEARS, and I'm not too sure what exactly is causing my recent issues.

For the last year I've been able to stream with my OBS settings perfectly fine with no issues, (OBS log attached) but over the last couple months, I've been getting random encoding overload warnings after streaming & recording for ~1hr. I'll open task manager to check my usage and see that my CPU is at 50%-70% total usage, and my GPU at 80%-90% total usage. The encoding overload message in OBS will sometimes persist even when usage isn't at 100%. Is it possible my GPU is just wearing down & isn't able to keep up like it used to? (I've used it strictly for encoding for the last 4 years as a full time content creator) My other reason for guessing it's the GPU issue because when OBS, alongside my ENTIRE computer started lagging during my stream today, (70%+ frames skipped to encoding lag) I tried stopping my recording & replay buffer to help ease any overall strain on my system. And after a few minutes, my stream returned to a steady framerate & my stream was running fine.

Any & all ideas are greatly appreciated! And if anyone needs more specifics or insights into my system to help diagnose the issue, please don't hesitate to ask :)
