Question / Help Encoding Over load error/ 5% dropped frames while tabbed into game

So my issues are a little different based on which settings i played with. Even with the default settings i get the encoding error. With these current settings the encoding error is gone but i am still having about 5% dropped frames..

In Game im anywhere from 40 to 60 fps, and when i tab out of game the stream is stable. However as soon as i go to play the game it becomes a bit choppy.

Im not positive what settings are best for my pc based on what i have put above.

However the cpu usage of obs is running anywhere from 6% up to 50%..

Earlier i was also having an issue where my KB/s would drop below 100 when tabbing into the game. I've tried everything from resetting my router, to changing server location etc. Please someone who actually knows what they are talking about help me.

can it be some of the giphy's im running in obs that are causing the problem? they are downloaded and then pasted as media file on my sources. I only have 4 sources and like i said when im not playing a game obs runs fine... at about 6%-10%


its when i tab into a game that i have issues, again the game is running on my pc anywhere from 40-60 fps.
