Hello there! I've been racking my brain around this for a few days now, as it seems like one day I can manage 1080p/fast or 900p/medium without any encoding lag but other days it skips (heavily, especially if I go fullscreen). It doesn't look like the CPU usage ever really exceeds 35%, and maintains right around 4.2Ghz during recording / streaming.
Log files attached, as well as a quick run down of PC specs.
CPU: 3800x (at most, it hits around 65 degrees while recording or streaming); I have no manually setup OC, just whatever the board runs at default
GPU: RX 5700
RAM: 16GB DDR4-3200
Mobo: ASUS TUF x570
RNPYNYaCZ5Gwz_nv = 1080p, fast
DL36VFwauw_0VcG1 = 900p, fast
I can answer any questions one might have about my setup, settings, etc. that may not be within the logs.
Thank you, and I appreciate your time.

I think I solved the issue. I didn't realize that in my CamLink settings (which I also failed to mention I was using above), that the quality was set to best. Once I dropped this down, the full screen recording at 1080 fast didn't seem to be running into encoding lag.
I plan to throw some recording in tonight with game capture to see if I run into any more issues, at which point I'll report back if the issue appears solved for good.

I can confirm that this has resolved the problem. I've had nearly no skipped frames since this issue, either on 900p60/medium or 1080p/fast.
