Question / Help Encoding issues

I am currently trying to stream game play from my PC to twitch with OBS Studio. I feel like I have a fairly decent computer (Intel i7-2600 @3.40GHZ, and a nVidia GTX 1070) but I am always getting the message saying that my encoding is overloaded and that I should either up the encoding speed or lower the video settings. I have been playing around with the settings for like a week now and I am still having issues. I even down scale my stream output to 720p since I am a not partner but my stream is still very laggy/choppy. Here is the link to my last log: https://gist.github.com/f69be061dc8f9c3cf5e51b670535f144

Please help!!!! I am just a small streamer trying to provide the best quality stream possible.

Thank you,

Encoding is a resource-hungry process, check the CPU load in task manager while streaming.
Also, consider 64-bit OBS studio if you are on a 64-bit system.

So i actually switched to OBS Studio 64 bit but it is still doing the same thing and my Twitch Stream looks aweful now..... any suggestions anyone?

Your current log doesn't show a recording/streaming attempt. Please start recording/streaming, let it run for a few minutes, stop the recording/stream, then post the new log.
