Question / Help encoding hardware?

Is there anything I could buy that would be an addition to the CPU, and GPU that would be for encoding only? I want to stream in 1080 60FPS. Most people use a separate streaming computer and a capta card, but is there anyway I can use my existing computer and some kind of encoding PCIe card?

Hardware encoders usually require twice+ the bitrate to match the x264 software encoder quality. Since you stated that you stream, a better system/CPU/2nd system would be the way to go.
