OBS cannot encode true 60 frames or true 59.94 or whatever.
Input 59.94. you will get in fact 60 fps:
Frame rate mode : Constant
Frame rate : 60.000 FPS
Original frame rate : 59.940 (60000/1001) FPS
input 60 and you will get 60,119 instead
Frame rate mode : Constant
Frame rate : 60.119 FPS
Original frame rate : 60.000 FPS
it's a big problem, because video editors are pretty strict and you cannot merge two files if frame rates differ even in 1 frame.
I need to get EXACT frame rate in OBS. is there a way to do it? Maybe custom encoder settings?
