Encoding/Frame Drop

I can send a log file and my system specs.

I'm experiencing some dropped frames and I cannot seem to address it. It's intermittent. Some streams I'll drop less than 0.5 percent and some I'll drop upwards of 5 percent. My cpu usage and ram usage is next to zero. My cpu usage never spikes above 15 percent and I have 128 GBs of ram.

My internet is fairly strong and I'm running on an ethernet connection.
