The past couple days my encoding has been fluctuating abnormally, making it impossible to stream. My bit rate has always been at 5K and I have never had an issue with any of my settings. My streams have always worked fine at 5K bitrate as well. I called my internet provider to see if there was a problem on their end, they did change some things and my upload speed was improved slightly. I am 120/10.
I can have a twitch channel open, music playing on youtube, playing an online game, have multiple applications open like discord, teamspeak, exc. and there are NO issues with the internet. (this is while streaming, closing any or all of these programs does not change the problem).
So there are no problems except for the encoding issues that I can see? Has anyone experienced this?
