Hello, i have a 3950x and a 1070. looking to stream/record on the same PC on dual PC setup. Not sure why but im still getting encoding errors after upgrading to a 3950x. I stream on 936p medium which is very low cpu usage on my CPU. Recording on my CPU on 15000 bitrate and very fast preset. CPU doesnt seem to be the problem so im not sure what is causing to get encoding errors still.
