Encoding Error

Hi, all! I got a new computer and needed to redownload my recording/streaming software. I had been using OBS successfully since June, but when I downloaded this newer version to use on this laptop, it keeps giving me an encoding error. I put the video quality and FPS lower like one article advised: nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled it: nothing. I reset the sources, everything I could think of. I will admit I don't know my way around recording software and I couldn't tell you what does what to get out of a paper bag, but I've been trying for an hour straight to record a video and I can't figure it. Maybe I'm too tired, but mostly I'm too frustrated.
If this helps, I also have VSDC on my computer, and when I tried to use that to record instead, it ALSO gave an error. I have no clue what's going on. Literally any help would be appreciated I'm kind of desperate.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Hello,
I have updated this thread with the log file. My friend updated my drivers today and that did not help.
