Encoding error - cuda: hwaccel initialisation returned error

Been having a handful of problems with OBS this last week.

-Log has this error over and over:

OBS will sometimes close unexpectantly and not deliver a crash report.

-I've updated all my plugins
-I've updated my graphics card drivers

That's probably due to the excessive amount of media sources in your config, and all of these are set to hardware acceleration. May be this overloads the hardware decoding of these sources.

OBS will sometimes close...

Can you look at the "Event Viewer" of the OS and find details of what happened with the application?

It is exactly as @koala said, it is the many many media sources.
