Question / Help Encoding Axis camera Issue

Hello, congratulation for this forum and the application. I have a quality issue encoding an Axis Camera (captured as media via rtsp protocol).

Images are like this attached, specially when an object move on the screen. What could i check? I've this configuration for video:

1920x1080 on Camera and on Canvas and Scaled resolution
30 fps
bitrate 13000 (but tested even with 6000)

What can i check? Image is as you see even on "live screen" of obs (not on live screen of axis camera via its own web interface)

Having the same issue, any idea out there? I did not have any issue on 0.16.2

Bump, also saw this issue on 18.02 version we were using in testing, any info this would be helpful. Still not working in 19.xx

This should be working in 19.0.3. If not, try raising the "Network Buffering" amount.
