encoder setting for hvc1

How can I set the tag as hvc1 when I am recording the video? I am using hevc_videotoolbox encoder. But the video could not be played by QuickTime and iPhone because Quicktime only supports hvc1.

Likewise, same question here. I know I can remux it easily from the command line, but it's just an extra step that slows me down.
