Question / Help Encoder problem

So basicly I have a problem that I can only use the x264 encoder. There are not any more of them like I have seen others have.

Your GeForce GT 1030 does not have Nvenc. However, you should be able to get Quicksync by activating the Intel iGPU in the Bios of your PC.

Yes. Using the Intel GPU will reduce load on your CPU, but the quality will not be as good at a given bitrate.
