Question / Help Encoder presets - best settings

hi, when i stream my cpu (i7-7700k 4.2Ghz) reach maximum 15% of usage (I use pc only for streaming).
In your opinion should I decrease the encoder preset from faster to slow or slower? would it give me more quality on the video?

It gives a very little more quality for much more CPU load.
But if the computer is doing nothing else than streaming anyway you can go down until your CPU hits its limit.
