Question / Help Encoder preset for AMD cards

I know the above probably works, but does having the settings like this: with recording quality set to high quality instead of same as stream does it bypass the encoder preset setting?

If so, is it possible to enter some custom muxer settings to use the speed encoder preset? Main reason being that as a GCN1 card owner it pretty much requires speed or balanced

Essentially, I want to know how the Streaming, Recording and Replay Buffer sections relate to one another.

I am ultimately asking this because recording at such a high bit rate causes rendering time to be sky high with file sizes that are extremely inflated. With the high quality setting on recording quality it seems like the bit rate is much more variable and has a much more respectable size.

It seems that the preset option is missing from the recording section. Should be filed as a bug on Mantis.
