Question / Help Encoder overloads message streaming with NVENC

Dear OBS support team and anybody, who read this,

I have a big annoying problem. My streams started to lag about 3 weeks ago. Before I had no any issue to stream World of Tanks in ultra graphics (full hd 60fps), but nowadays I play on medium graphics, but I have this encoder overloads message at the bottom of the OBS window while streaming, and I can see hard lags in the stream, and in the OBS preview too. My ingame FPS is very good, I have no lags in game, but the stream is a crap. Pls help.

But the strange, 3 weeks ago everything was fine, I can't unserstand what happened :/

Turn off G-Sync if you have it on

I have Nvidia card.

AMD Ryren 5 1600
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
16GB DDR4

If I stream in 720p, the encoder overloaded message comes again. In task manager the video encode is on 10-15% during the stream, so I can not uderstand what's the problem.

I have the same problem, it's only started with the newest release of OBS(23). A lot of people seem to be having this issue with the new encoder.

I experienced the problem before upgrading to OBS 23, so with the old NVENC. So my problem is quite incomprehensible.
