Question / Help Encoder overloading

So I've been using obs for about 5 months in 1080p and 60 frames and i haven't had any problems with it until 2 months ago where my frames in the video would drop to 30. I don't know why this is happening. Could someone help me with this? Here is the log file.

thanks that helped out alot!........but now ive got a new problem.... whenever i have obs open, my discord lags a lot. is there any way around this?
