Question / Help Encoder overloading

When I try to stream my encoder always overloads. I got about 5 minutes through a stream once before it overloaded but usually, it's in the first few minutes. I've tried lowering resolution but it still does it.

First, go to Nvidia and download the current drivers using GeForce Experience. Make sure you update this regularly.

Next, go to OBS Output settings and change to the new NVENC encoder:

Encoder: NVIDIA NVENC H.264 (new)
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: Start at 3500 and increase by 500 up to 5000. Test and monitor via OBS Stats (View | Stats)
Keyframe interval: 2
Preset: High Quality
Profile: High
Look ahead: unchecked
Psycho Visual Tuning: unchecked
GPU: 0
Max B-frames: 2

Best to output in 720p and play at 1080p.

OBS Video:
Base resolution: 1920x1080
Output resolution: 1280x720
Downscale filter: Lanczos
Common FPS Values: 60

Try that to see if things work better.
