Question / Help Encoder overloading out of no where? pls help

Hi! so ive streamed for some time using OBS studio, without any issues. But now suddenly im getting a msg at the bottom of obs studio saying "Encoding overload" as if my pc cant handle it?`

But my pc is pretty beasty and shouldnt have any problems, also as i said i have streamed a lot before with no problems? anyone know what might be causing this issue?

Killer networks network adapter isn't helping matters, but I'm pretty sure your system can't handle csgo AND the x264 faster preset at the same time.

But Ive streamed a Lot on these settings just 2 weeks ago with No problems at 200+ fps in game and No encoding problem?
