Question / Help Encoder overloaded

Hi there, I am getting encoding overloaded consider turning down video settings or using a faster encoding preset

This does not happen when I stream only on local recording

My machine spec is:
Operating System Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

CPU Intel Core i7 @ 3.70GHz Ivy Bridge-E 22nm Technology

RAM 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 802MHz

Motherboard ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P9X79 LE (LGA2011)

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (Gigabyte)

I use Voicemeeter Banana for audio.
