Encoder Overloaded

Hello. So, I have a 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700HX, 2100 Mhz, 16 Core, 24 logical processor laptop. Its a Lenova. It has an Intel(R) UHD Graphics card as well as a Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070. I have been having issues with Obs. Sometimes, recording come back fine. More often than not, the encoder overloads and they bust. Ive tried all sorts of different configurations, but ultimately, for every 10 recordings I do, I'll maybe have 2 survive. Its very inconsistent with recording length being a possible factor. One night, I had a 3 hour session survive the encoder. The next, a 20mn session that broke it.

I'm not sure what else to do. Ive browsed this forum as well as all of google. so I'm going to upload my most recent log file here. I've read through it, but I'm not 100% sure what I'm looking at here. When I did my first video series recently, I was able to consistently record at the highest resolution for hours. Bizzarely, its like OBS has somehow weakened with time, and it degraded. Even after I turned down the settings. I'm not sure how to explain that. I'm totally lost. Could someone provide some insight into my log file?

So I discovered the log analyzer shortly after posting. Listed "critical" issues with "Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling". So I disabled it. Didn't mention anything else in my log. Could this be the culprit?

It could be and start with that, but your log contains no recording session. Results of the log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your recording for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Run the log through the Analyzer. If still having issues, send that link here.

Love that profile picture. I used to read Calvin and Hobbes when I was a kid. I will attempt another recording tonight. The test one I did after making the change was successful, so I'll see if it was a coincidence. No recording data? How could that be? Does it make a log just by opening and configuring stuff? I thought it only made a log if something went wrong. I just assumed that log was my latest previous fail attempt. I'll do another test tonight and if it fails, I'll upload a new log. Fingers crossed!
