Encoder Overloaded On High End(?) PC

Hello everyone.

OBS logs: https://obsproject.com/logs/saWRXsxmt1uulvd6

PC specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x3D

GPU: RTX 3080Ti

RAM: 32gb @ 3600mhz (8x4)

Windows 10

I try to stream and record at the same time on a single PC setup (COD: Warzone, mostly) but I'm having GPU encoding overload issues. I thought my system would be powerful enough to do both. I've already tried to disable HAGS and game mode, capped my game at 120 fps, all low settings. I play on a 1440p monitor but have my base resolution set at 1920 x 1080p and my recording output and stream output also at 1920 x 1080p. No other open programs other than game, discord and OBS. Is my system not beefy enough to record and stream at 1080p at the same time and should i just accept defeat and record at 720p?

Base resolution is the resolution of your monitor. Output resolution is the one you want to stream/record.
You should reduce the amount of plugins you have. Anything you don't use remove it.

I've already used the analyzer and fixed the stuff it recommended but still get the overloading issue. I guess the 3080 Ti is not as beefy as i thought it was.

I actually have several friends who recently started getting this error. One has 2070, another has 2080, another has 2060, one had 1080. They are getting them non-GPU pushing games. Using NVEC encoder.
Only one of my friends is using nVidia broadcast. They have had different resolutions as well, one has 4k that gets streamed at 1080.

Nah... Look at your OBS log yourself
- See the massive amount of PoS streamelements plugin/URL errors - you should fix those
I stopped looking as too many streamelements noise in the log to be worth my time to pick through looking for other issues.

You can create a portable version of OBS to see if the problem is in plugins and program settings. I confirm that your log file looks terrible. It is also worth checking the PC for viruses as an additional solution.
