Encoder Overload

Everytime I record on OBS Studio, I get the, "Encoder Overload" issue and I have tried many fixes and none worked! Please help stop this, "Encoder Overloaded" issue! Log: https://obsproject.com/logs/oBMOL-nOeptzD1J6

Thank you so much for the reply, you look so smart in tech lol, but thank you so much!! :D But all my drivers are already updated, I tried on Device Manager and all of my AMD CPU and GPU are updated already!

My AMD drivers are up to date but for some reason, I can't use AMF encoder! So should I update my RAM to 8 GB?
