Bug Report Encoder is overloaded

Hello!
Faced with the problem of "overloaded encoder", this alert crashes during gameplay, Rainbow Six Siege and a couple of other games, zapisannoe video much lag. Previously, this was not, this problem appeared after reinstalling the operating system.
Help.

Looks like a network log with many sensitive informations like your tokens for streamlabs. Would advice to remove it and post the real log ;)
