Bug Report encoder error

Hi,

I have had OBS crash during the past few streams, with an error message saying encoder error. Is there any way I can prevent this, or settings I need to change? Thanks!

It now records but i'm back to a black screen

I checked High Performance which is why i went back to black screen. I have now corrected that but still can't record
