Encoder error while streaming and then stream suddenly and unxpectedly ends

We have been using OBS to live stream church services to YouTube for the past year. The past two week though we are getting about 45 minutes into the streaming when the whole process stops and an encoder error comes up. I have pasted the log that was generated when this happened today. I just do not understand the log file and am at a loss as to what is causing our streaming to stop. Any help would be appreciated. Ok-thanks for the reply. I have attached the whole log down below for yesterday's stream that quit at 11:45. I do not know much about reading these logs, but is it that the internet is dropping while streaming??
Also, what is your recommended way of saving instead of mp4?

Also, meant to say that my OBS settings for recording are set to save as mkv...
