Encoder Error Obs & System Self Restarts, Desperate Help:/

I am in need of some serious help. I play for a Call of Duty Esports team and I am a content creator so I really need this resolved quickly and I honestly do not know who to reach out to.

I just built my first pc and here are the parts:
*msi 2060 gpu
*ryzen 3700x cpu
*16 gb of ddr4 gskill ram
*asrock b550 pro mb
*gold evga supernova 850 w fully modular psu

What I want to put emphasis on is the power supply and that is where I thought my problem first started. When the latest studio and game drivers came out *456.71* (I am currently running the studio version) it was the same time as the Black Ops Cold War Beta. I had PUT IN MY OLD PSU WHICH WAS A GOLD CORSAIR 850 W FULLY MODULAR so I could run some extra equipment. I started playing and randomly my pc would just restart on its own (everything appears to be plugged in correctly and as I said worked before this psu).

After getting really frustrated I did not touch it for a few days and when I went to record in obs studio again and it gives me a recording error saying "an encoder error occurred while recording". So then I am all like what the hell is it my graphics card or my psu.

I ended up replacing my psu for the one listed above in my parts list and I was rendering a video and it restarted my system again so clearly I was devastated. I am not sure if it is more of a graphics card getting overloaded issue so it keeps restarting my pc. I am new to this world and just want to do work on my stuff so please help people.

If you have some spare parts like a gpu and or cpu(that fits in the motherboard) you could try to run those for a while and see if it crashes.

lets say you replaced gpu and it does not crashes its probably the gpu.

Could be that your parts are overheating
download hwinfo to monitor temps: https://www.hwinfo.com/download/
