Encoder Crashing (GPU passed all benchmarks)

Some months ago i started having issues where the stream would crash after a random amount of time post 1st hour. (mostly around 2 hours p much)
I managed to fix this by going cmd and making sure windows would repair (after like 5 days of testing different shit)
the only thing left to do is do a clean reinstall of windows but i really would love NOT to do this so im looking for further solutions here as a last resource, i work as a company streamer but im also the only person in the entire company whom knows how to fix technicaly shit MY STATUS HERE IS AT BAY.

A browser source or custom dock is causing the crash. Simple remove it.
Be aware you have too many plugins.

it just happened again but it just crashed the game not the entire stream. it also happens with NO browser sources. it happens even if theres not a single thing on the screen.

it also crashes with A CLEAN WHIP INSTALL NO PLUGINS

In the log provided you can see a normal stream, a lot of error messages from SE tha makes the log unreadable, and not much more.
Oh! and 15 plugins.

Enable Windows Game Mode as it helps
Please attach the crash from the clean attempt as well the corresponding log file.

Reinstalled windows, w11 efff up and was making GPU crash, clean install and i was able to keep a 10 hour stream again, thank you a lot
