Bug Report Encoder Bug (Hardware(AMD)) (SOLVED)

Ever since the last AMD update (Relive). I can't use Hardware(AMD) encoder in the record settings. I can enable it but It doesn't work to press the "Start Record" button. Nothing Happens. Everything else works but it's just this encoder problem. I asked someone I know and they said that It might be OBS that need to update their software.

Can someone help me fix this and/or tell me when it will be fixed?

i5-4460 @3,2GHz
16RAM 1600Mhz DDR3 RAM
Sapphire RX460 Nitro 4GB
