Question / Help Encode overload

So I want to stream off of my Lenovo ideapad S145 and I have both video and output to the lowest and I’m still getting the message saying encoder overload any suggestions on what settings to use

Ram- 4Gb
Graphics AMD Radeon R4
2.6 gigahertz processor speed
AMD A6 processor
