Emeet StreamCam Cameras don't work?

I have three Emeet StreamCam cameras and I only have two USB-C ports on my MacBook. I tried connecting two cameras via USB and can only get one working consistently. I've had two connected on OBS, but can't get any more then that, even when using a USB-C hub. When I connect my cameras on the USB-C hub, I can only get ONE CAMERA working. Tech support isn't any help as usual.

update...I tested the USB-C connections using the Emeet Steam software and OBS and could only get 1 camera connected via USB on a Windows PC. I'm thinking its the limitation of USB-C, but need someone to confirm this issue or something deeper. Thanks
