Embedding image into green frame of video file, How?

Hi, Very new to OBS and used it for some ZOOM presentations and Teams. It is amazing. I like to incorporate memes and GiFs in my presentations and one is the video link below where the actor opens a folder to show a page that is green seemingly to replace with an image of your choice. Is this possible in OBS? I have successfully filmed myself in front of a green screen and replaced the background but this is a little different. If OBS cant do it what am I looking for to do it?

To insert something in the green book page of that video, and to make this look as if it is an original page of that book, is a quite difficult task. If you use the green screen mechanics of OBS, you would only create a "hole" in that video in that page, where your replacement image from below will shine through. This is easy to do, but will not look realistic. This is probably what you already tried to do.

To make it look realistic, it is necessary to resize, rotate and slant the replacement image, so it fits the slanted page in the video. It's also necessary to track the movement in the video and move the replacement accordingly. OBS has no such functionality. This is a task for sophisticated postprocessing video editing software. I doubt even the common free or cheap video editors support such functionality.
