ELP 4K USB Type-C & HDMI Camera under EndeavourOS

Super newbie here, both for OBS and Linux. For some reason, OBS, VLC, and KDEnive are not seeing my ELP 4K USB Type-C & HDMI video camera. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Then it probably has no Linux support?

Check the kernel log if you can see something V4L2 related.
