Question / Help Elgato wont fit to screen also lost quality

Hello im having trouble with my obs before i updated it everything was just fine. i tried making a new scene and the elgato wouldnt fit full screen in my obs preview and i dont know how to fix it the quality looks worse as well so i deleted the scene but it did the same thing to my previous saved scene.i just need help getting the quality back and making it fit to screen
