I've had this issue during streams where the Elgato HD60 S+ video freezes during the stream and I have no idea how to solve this.

This is a log from a session where this occurred: https://obsproject.com/logs/ALOMXtO8F62ZDkRj (It's not the same log as in the video, I was not streaming at this time)
The problem occurs after using it for a while and the freezing remains until I reboot the device. The problem keeps coming back after 10-15 minutes of usage. As you can see everything else is working fine in the stream and I can still see the image properly on my monitor so the video is passing through the Elgato. What can I do to solve this issue?
