Question / Help Elgato Using Too Much CPU on OBS, Causing Choppy Footage

Hello! I'm fairly new to streaming. I was doing it for a while and everything was fine, but recently I've been experiencing laggy streams and even choppy OBS footage once I use my Elgato HD 60. The footage appears to be fine most of the time, but every now and then it will stutter. On average, this causes OBS to use around 30% of the CPU and even up to around 80% when streaming.
