Question / Help Elgato Support

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my elgato and obs. I play cs at 1024 x 768 black bars stretched but my elgato is displaying the black bars on obs, how can I stretch the resolution on obs? I have tried making a new elgato source stretched, but then it cancels out the capture on my other scenes. Can someone help please.

Click the source, press Ctrl+E, change the bounding box type to Stretch to Bounds, then adjust size as needed.

Alternately, click the source and press Ctrl+S to stretch it to fit the OBS preview.

Don't use Elgato software to capture PC game play.

Just use OBS Studio. Create a Scene and add a Display Capture source.

Thanks, I will try this when I get home. Will this affect my other scenes where I play other games at a different resolution?

I use an elgato as I have a separate PC for streaming, so unfortunately can't use display capture.
