Question / Help Elgato Stuttering like crazy on stream

I am pretty sure I have everything set up. But I am constantly having stuttering issues on stream. I was running perfectly for about an hour then the issues began and I cannot get them to stop. I have an RTX 2080, I5-6600, 32g ram. I am pretty dam frustrated with this issues so far so can anyone please help

open elgato software and let obs "reset" the connection then close the elgato software - should resolve your stuttering
