Hello,

So I recently bought the Elgato HD60 Pro capture card for my PC.
I tried to stream but there were no audio from the game nor the aux, OBS does however show that the audio is inputting and the AUX as well but no one can hear me or the game on stream.
I've tried to use the record with the same settings and the audio and AUX works when i record the fotage.

The second question is, if your using the capture card source in OBS do you play the game in OBS? Because the Elgato software says that its in use somewhere else (OBS)

You play the game on the original device and do NOT try to use the elgato software while trying to use the card in OBS.

If you're trying to capture the computer you installed the card in, you wasted money.

I am trying to capture the computer I installed the card on yes. "Original device" as in?
How do people use the capture card on 1 computer and play the game on the same computer? Or do people have 2 computers for this?
So i won't be able to stream from the capture card, but I can record it?
Because when i capture the screen (Elgato software) the audio is not there, or the AUX mic.

Capturing the computer you are playing on is useless. OBS can already do that on it's own.

It's for my PS4 and Nintendo Switch.

When i capture the video through OBS it has sound and the mic works.
But when I capture the screen and stream it the sound and the mic dosent work, however, OBS does show the sound and mic volume but its not outputting it on stream.

If the sound is coming out on the stream when you're capturing using OBS, everything's working properly

The sound is not working when i stream, the sound is only working when i record the video.
OBS does show that the audio is playing and my mic but no one can hear it on stream.

I'm not coherently following what you're trying to say, but I'll give it a try:

1. Settings > Audio > Desktop Audio Deivce > Set to the default output you use (mine is Realtek)

2. Settings > Advanced > Audio Monitoring Device > Set to the default output (se above) or separate it from desktop audio if you want > Press Ok

3. In the scene you add "Video Capture Device" and choose the Elgato > Press Ok

4. Press the cogwheel for the mixer > Press Audio Monitoring > Choose Monitor and Output > Press Ok

This is a way to have the separate audio of the capture and have playback, but you can also do the following:

In step 3, you add the capture unit > Scroll down to audio > Press Capture audio only > Choose WaveOut, skip Step 4.

This way is a tad faster and is meant for you who don't care for having separate audio tracks.
