just got the Elgato Stream Deck XL, seems to only work for a few seconds and then just freezes up....the stream deck that is.... doesn't change Scenes in OBS or even update its own button graphics (have the counter button installed and it doesn't count)
sort of new to the game but haven't been able to find anything w respect to an explanation.
using latest versions of everything
if anyone has any info, greatly appreciated thanks
